Transaction structure, financing, approvals, valuation, securities terms, and other economic details remain subject to diligence and definitive documentation unless expressly stated otherwise.

Non-public transaction discussions should be treated accordingly.
Confidentiality of Discussions
Green Monkey expects non-public acquisition discussions and information shared in connection with a potential transaction to be handled responsibly and confidentially, subject to applicable law and any confidentiality agreement entered into by the parties.
Where a formal confidentiality agreement is appropriate, its terms—not this general website statement—will govern the parties’ obligations.
